I park without paying for the meter and I get tickets, which are very easy to pay online. Not their fault.

Thank you Easy Park for including the lot map on your website! My small business is downtown, parking is such a hassle driving in circles! Whenever my clients ask for the best place to park, I link them your lot map and they are happy to! Takes all of the guess work out of things.

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation to Easy Park’s Melinda Gant, Will and Philip who came to my rescue recently. I am a monthly parking permit holder at the Easy Park G and 7th Avenue Parking Garage as I work in one of the nearby offices there. Recently, around thirty minutes after I had parked my car in the morning and as I was getting into my normal routine work day, a co-worker came and told me that I had engine oil leaking out from under my car. As soon as I got there to check on it, I noticed that there were already absorbing pads and little gravel spread in the area in front of my car where the oil had apparently spilled. I also saw a little note on my windshield that said that I should not start my engine and my car is not drivable. So I had to call for a tow truck to take my car to the mechanic, but the tow truck is not equipped to go inside a parking garage. I had to ask for help from Easy Park staff and Melinda Gant took my call. Within a couple of minutes, Will and Philip showed up and pushed my car outside of the garage building. I and the tow truck with my car on it made it to the dealership and I was able to go back to work all within an hour. As it turned out and luck was on my side, my car just had a little hole in the engine oil cooler hose and it was a quick fix. It was even covered under the manufacturer’s extended warranty, so I didn’t have to pay anything. Thank you, Melinda Gant, Will and Philip for all your help and for saving my day!!! You guys are awesome!!!

I had a wonderful experience with your company yesterday 10/20/2022. I could not find my car and an Easy Park employee named William came to assist me. He was very patient and kind about my situation as I was very frustrated with myself. After some discussion, William made some phone calls and my car was found at a DIFFERENT parking garage!! He was SO helpful all during this situation and I wanted to share this with his company/supervisor. You have a 5 star employee in William, good choice by your company!!!

I don't know where all the bad reviews are from, but I had a really good experience with EasyPark. I got a ticket and decided to appeal. The lady at the customer service desk was very polite and extremely helpful, and I received a response saying that my ticket was dismissed within 24 hours.
